Data we process
We store CRM installation identifiers and authorization credentials, your saved LinkedIn access token, ad account ID and conversion rule ID, and delivery receipts. We process the identifiers you map into a workflow (email and/or li_fat_id), the conversion time, Event ID, value and currency to deliver your conversion to LinkedIn. Email is normalized and SHA-256 hashed before transmission. Hashing does not make personal data anonymous.
Use and service providers
Data is used to provide, secure and troubleshoot the integration. LinkedIn receives the mapped conversion data under its own terms and privacy policy. Your CRM provider handles app installation and workflows. Vercel hosts this service and its private storage. We do not sell the data processed by this application.
Storage and retention
Credentials are held in private server-side storage with provider encryption at rest and HTTPS in transit. They are never returned by connection or delivery-log endpoints. We retain up to 500 recent delivery receipts across the service and duplicate-prevention records for 48 hours. Receipts do not include email, click IDs or tokens. Event IDs should not contain personal information.
Your controls
Only send data you are authorized to share and collect any consent required for advertising measurement. Do not send sensitive health, financial or other restricted data. Disconnect removes saved LinkedIn credentials and delivery logs for the selected CRM business account. Contact support@patientdesk.ai for access or deletion requests, including CRM installation data. Revoke vendor tokens at the issuing platform to invalidate them. Optional click capture uses browser storage for up to 30 days and should run only after advertising consent.
